French Toast, my way

you will need:
any bread will do actually. i like using crusty bread because they don't sog up as fast as your regular pan loaves
i use condensed milk so that i won't have to use sugar. 

any soft cheese will do.

the sugar in the condensed milk caramelizes nicely and gives the bread an unexpected crunch.
